Enquiries via email to bookings@tilehurstpc.co.uk. All hirers must sign Conditions of Hire and make full payment before the booking date. No functions for 13 to 19 year-olds. Hall is not licensed for alcohol sales. Permission can be given for alcohol to be served if not sold. For selling alcohol, a Temporary Event Notice from West Berkshire Council is required and a copy supplied to the Parish Council. A 10% surcharge for public liability insurance applies unless the hirer has their own insurance.
