How to Book
Applications to use or hire the Hall should be made to the Parish Secretary. The Hire Agreement is not binding until accepted and signed by the Parish Priest / Parish Secretary. The Parish Priest may decline the request at his sole discretion. Hall use is primarily for conjunction with Church services and for groups associated with the Parish or other purposes at the discretion of the Parish Priest. The Hall is owned by the Southwark Diocesan Trust and can only be used for purposes consistent with its charitable objects. The Hall will not be used for any purpose contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church or which could cause offence. The Catholic nature of the Hall must be respected. Hirers should read the full Hiring Agreement and 'Conditions of Hire'. Liability for damage may be greater than the deposit; hirers should consider insurance. Cancellation fees may apply as set out in the Conditions of Hire. Cheques for payment should be made payable to “St. Catherine of Siena Church”.
