How to book

Contact Potton Town Council via email ([email protected]) or phone (01767 260086) to check availability and book. A booking form must be accompanied by full payment and deposit for non-regular users at the time of booking. Bookings must include time for setting up and cleaning. Hirer must be over 18 years old and responsible for supervision of premises, building fabric and contents, safety, and behaviour of all persons. The Town Council reserves the right to refuse applications. No smoking or e-cigarettes inside the Pavilion. No smoke machines or candles (except birthday cake candles). Hirer must be aware of fire exits and extinguishers and keep them clear. Alcoholic beverages require written permission; selling alcohol requires a license obtained by the hirer. Hirer is responsible for cleaning the venue after the event, including stacking tables/chairs, disposing of rubbish, cleaning toilets and kitchen, turning off appliances (except refrigerators), closing windows, and securing the building. No items to be fixed to paintwork. Use of external play equipment restricted to persons under 12 years of age. Cancellation Policy: Less than 7 days notice: Total hire charge forfeited. Less than 14 days notice: 50% of total hire charge forfeited. Other cancellations: £10 charge.
