How to Book
Contact Judy Graham (Halls Administrator). Minimum booking period for Large Hall is 2 hours (4 hours on Friday and Saturday evenings). Minimum booking period for Foyer is 2 hours. Block bookings accepted for Foyer for a maximum of six weeks and at short notice only if the main hall is free. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of completed and signed booking form and payment of booking deposit. Hirers working with children/vulnerable adults need to demonstrate adequate safeguarding policies.
