St. John's Church Hall offers both its Parish Hall and the main Church building for venue hire. The Parish Hall provides up to 80 square metres of usable floor space and can comfortably seat 80 people. It is equipped with a sound system, projector, disabled access toilets, and adjacent kitchen facilities. The hall can also be divided into two sections and has separate external access, making it versatile for meetings, classes, children's parties, and various functions. The main Church building boasts over 400 square metres of flexible space, capable of seating up to 643 guests in a theatre layout, with over 200 chairs available for cabaret or banquet configurations. It features a high ceiling (up to 18 metres), a solid stone floor, modern underfloor heating, adjustable electrical lighting, and numerous power outlets. Facilities include well-maintained toilets, a Yamaha C7 concert grand piano, a second grand piano, and a fully-restored 1867 Hill organ, all available by prior arrangement. For performances and events, there is a fixed raised stage area of 100 square meters, a state-of-the-art D&B Audio sound system with a 32-channel Allen and Heath Mixing desk, a 24-channel stage box, a cinema-quality 8K lumen WXGA projector, and upgraded lighting with six parcan spots and a 52-channel DMX controller. This space is suitable for conferences, receptions, exhibitions, concerts, dance, theatre, corporate events, recitals, rehearsals, and weddings.
