How to Book
Requires signing a contract. A hirer agreement is available for download. Contact '[email protected]' to discuss ideas and obtain a specific agreement. 50% deposit upon booking, balance due one week before the event. Booking may be cancelled if Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessment are not supplied 7 days before the booked period, with the whole booking amount payable to The Oak Room. Strictly speaking, setup/tidying time is not allowed and should be factored into the booking time. Hirer is responsible for setting up and dismantling equipment/decorations and clearing up tables and chairs. Decorations are allowed, but hirer is responsible for any loss or damages. Hirer must supply a copy of Public Liability Insurance and a Risk Assessment for the event no less than 7 days before the booked period. No smoking allowed within the Hall or its grounds. Zero tolerance towards drugs. Hirer must comply with all noise regulations.
