How to Book
£40 deposit required at time of booking to secure parties. Final payment due 2 weeks prior to the booked date. Failure to pay the full amount or cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the date booked will result in forfeiture of the £40 deposit. Mandatory £1.00 insurance charge per booking (organisations with own insurance must provide proof). Users are normally expected to leave premises clean and tidy; cleaning charges available on request. Bringing your own alcoholic drinks into the premises is not permitted due to licensing restrictions. Members receive 10% off hall and room bookings.
