How to Book

Individual rooms, a selection of rooms, or the entire building can be hired for one-off or recurring events. Hirers are responsible for taking away all rubbish and items brought in. Floors in Main Hall or Victoria Room should only be washed with water. Glass washer in kitchen is for glasses only. All windows and doors must be closed and locked upon exit (specific instructions for back door to gentleman's toilet and front door). All lights and electrical equipment off, except oil gauge wall socket in kitchen. Stage curtains closed if used. Items removed from cupboards/storage returned. Chairs and tables stacked against the wall at the back of the main hall. Kitchen equipment left clean and tidy. Toilets flushed and wash basins left clean. Deposit fee may be retained or additional fee imposed for unsatisfactory condition or damage/loss. Trustees reserve the right to cancel bookings for polling station use or unforeseen situations (e.g., pandemic, loss of utilities) with full refund. Hirer responsible for good order and behaviour. Sub-letting or sharing a hire is not permitted. Commercial hirers must carry their own public liability insurance and provide copies of certificates before hire commences.
