How to Book
Contact the Booking Clerk. Bookings must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. Requests do not guarantee a confirmed booking. Hirers must sign in and sign out. Hire times include set up and clean up time. Supplementary heaters and lights must be switched off at the end of the hire period. Hall room(s) must be left clean and tidy, noting any fault(s) on the sheet provided. Use of the Hall and its grounds is at the Hirer's own risk (condition of Hall Insurance). Hire Agreement takes precedence over guide notes. Resident rates are available for inhabitants of Netheravon, Fittleton and Haxton, and for clubs/classes/societies run by residents for the direct benefit of the villagers.
