How to Book
Contact Porthpean Outdoor directly to discuss requirements and budget for exclusive venue hire. For accommodation bookings made more than 28 days in advance, a non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required. The balance for accommodation is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to arrival. Full balance is required for bookings made within 28 days. Cancellation by guest must be in writing; efforts will be made to re-let, and if successful, a refund (less non-refundable deposit and administration fee) may be issued. If not re-let, all monies are forfeited. An administration charge may apply for changes to booking details after initial notification. Prices are subject to periodic review and may fluctuate based on demand/availability. Advertised rates are inclusive of VAT. Watersports equipment hire and tours are subject to availability, weather, and conditions; call to discuss dates and times. If conditions are deemed unsafe, Porthpean Outdoor reserves the right to cancel and offer a refund.
