How to Book

Bookings are provisional until the contract is signed by the hirer. The hirer must inform the Council of the precise nature of any proposed event and involved individuals/organisations at least 5 days prior to the event. Full payment for non-regular bookings, including a deposit, is required in advance. A 30% discount is given to activities offered via the Police and Health Groups that benefit the community/council residents for regular bookings.
