How to Book

Hirers must be over 18 years of age. Applications should be made using the premises booking form and submitted to the Booking Secretary. Hire charges are determined by the facilities used and the period of use, and are fixed at the time of booking. Necessary set-up and clear-up time should be included in the booking. A 50% deposit of the hire charge is payable at the time of booking, with the full payment required at least 7 days before the event. Hire charges are non-refundable once paid. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any application and to cancel a hiring if the premises are needed as a polling station, in which case a refund will be issued. If the premises become unavailable for any other reason, all monies paid will be refunded. An online booking calendar is available on the village hall website for checking availability and making provisional bookings. No hiring can extend beyond midnight. Hirer responsible for leaving premises clean and tidy.
