It offers a variety of halls and rooms for hire, including a large Main Hall, Club Rooms, an Upper Hall, and smaller function rooms. The Main Hall complex has WIFI and internet access.

How to book
To enquire or book, email shalfordbookings@gmail.com or call 07369 279988. Bookings are provisional until payment. An invoice must be paid within five days of receipt to secure the booking. A refundable holding deposit of £150 is required for private social functions. All bookings MUST be paid for 2 weeks in advance. A copy of public commercial insurance is required. Most additional services like servery use or chair/table setup are free of charge.
