How to Book
Online booking form required. Booking requests only accepted from persons 18 years and over. All payments must be made within 14 days of invoice. Provisional bookings can be held for up to a week. Not-for-profit users may be entitled to one free inaugural session. Minimum £30.00 per room cleaning fee if premises not left in reasonable condition. Alcohol is restricted; no bar may be set up without written permission from the Trustees. All events where alcohol is to be served should be referred to the Trust Co-ordinator. Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service, but service or connectivity cannot be guaranteed. Bookings with loud amplified music/noise cannot be taken. Bookings where music/noise may interfere with other users or nearby residents may be refused or cancelled. Opening times are 9am to 9pm. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are for a 3-hour period for community 'not-for-profit' users.
