How to Book
Bookings should be made through the Hallmaster booking system on the village hall website, via email, or telephone. Key collection details will be explained upon booking (key code system). Hirers are responsible for setting up chairs and tables and must clean and tidy the hall after the event. No room setup service or staff are available on the day of hire. Cancellation policy: 50% forfeit if cancelled within four weeks, 100% forfeit if within two weeks. Payment is due not less than four weeks in advance, or at the time of booking for last-minute reservations. Events after 6 PM not sponsored by Shurdington Committees or regular group bookings may incur an additional £30 fee.
