How to Book
Enquire via online contact form, email, or phone. Deposit required on confirmation of booking. Full hire fee due no later than 7 days before the event. Preferred payment method is bank transfer (HSBC, Sort code 40-09-02, Account no. 01318519, reference with date of hire). Cash accepted, cheques only in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement. Cancellation Policy: Up to 4 weeks before: Full refund of deposit and fees. Between 2 and 4 weeks before: Deposit returned, 50% of hire fees returned. Less than 2 weeks before: Deposit returned, hire fees retained. If booking fails to proceed: Deposit returned. Hirers must ensure sufficient time for setup and clearing up. Obtain Temporary Event Notice for alcohol licence and send copy to Bookings Administrator. Read Terms and Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges, and Village Hall Guidelines.
