How to book

Online booking is available via the Fritwell Village Hall website. Hirers must be 21 or over. An online booking form is submitted to the Booking Officer, who will confirm and arrange payment. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Booking request forms are also available from the Hall Bookings secretary if unable to book online. All booked events in the calendar include set up and clear down times. All private hirers must present 2 forms of personal identification prior to their event: an official Photo ID (e.g., Driving License or Passport) and a current Utility Bill showing the hirer's address.

Curfew notesHirers are asked to be considerate to neighbours regarding noise levels, especially when entering or leaving the premises. No excessive noise when entering or leaving the Hall premises.
