How to Book
Contact the Booking Clerk by email to make an enquiry or booking. Availability can be checked via the Upper Heyford Village Reading Room Calendar. Access is via a key in a key safe to the right of the main door; code provided in the hire agreement. Key to be returned to safe and combination scrambled after use. Heating and electrical control is managed by a key card found in the kitchen cutlery drawer, to be inserted into a slot behind the kitchen door and removed after use. Additional half an hour for set up and half an hour for clean up, free of charge. Charges applied in ½ hour increments.
