How to book
Acceptance of liability for confirmed bookings in the event of cancellation becomes effective eight weeks prior to the booking date. Between eight and four weeks prior to the booking date 50% of the total booking are payable. Between four weeks and the date of the event, 100% cancellation charge is payable and due on receipt of invoice. Notification of cancellation should be given as soon as possible. For The Lounge: Full refund for cancellations 30+ days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations 7-30 days in advance. Non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
