Upper Heyford Village Hall is a recently restored, wonderfully light and open space, managed by the Village Amenities Management Committee. It is located on Somerton Road and opens onto the recreation area, which has an enclosed child's play area. Hirers are responsible for adhering to the Conditions of Hire. Particular care must be taken of the refurbished wooden floor; footwear that could damage it (e.g., metal tipped stiletto heels or tap shoes) is discouraged. Cellotape or similar high tack materials are not permitted on walls or surfaces that may be marked or damaged. Suitable for events such as Christenings, Weddings, Children's parties, Exercise classes, Martial arts classes, Yoga classes, Art classes, Social clubs, and Annual fundraising events.

How to Book
Enquiry and booking contact: Hall Clerk by email: [email protected]. Availability can be checked on the UH Village Hall Calendar (link available on website). A hire agreement is available for download on the village hall website (includes Terms & Conditions). Half an hour before and after the event is recommended for setup and cleaning time. Sale of alcohol prohibited unless a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is obtained from Cherwell District Council by the hirer. A copy must be supplied to the Village Hall Representative. Not available for 21st birthday parties or similar events. Activities must end before midnight (except New Year's Eve – extension to 1am).
