How to Book
Booking is not confirmed until a Hire Agreement is completed and returned to the Booking Secretary. One-off bookings require full payment before the event, or by arrangement, cash payment immediately before access. Regular bookings are invoiced at the end of the month, with payment due within 30 days. The Trustees of Stapehill Village Hall (TSVH) may, at their absolute discretion, refund fees already paid for cancellations, but are under no obligation to do so. If TSVH cancels a booking, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
