How to Book
For one-off events, check the Hall Calendar online for availability, then complete the online booking request form for a provisional booking. The Hall Manager will review and send a confirmation email with invoice and payment details. Booking is provisional until confirmation and security deposit payment. For regular, full-day, or weekend hire, contact the Hall Manager directly via email ([email protected]). The Hall Manager works part-time, so there may be a short delay in responding. The hirer must be at least 21 years old and responsible for the booking and all attendees, and must stay on site throughout the event. Children and teenagers must always be supervised. Access to the Hall is permitted only during booked times. A £20 deduction applies for up to 30 minutes of early or late access. Cancellations more than two weeks before booking receive a full refund of the hire fee. Cancellations less than two weeks before booking will still be charged the hire fee unless the Hall is re-let. Hirers are expected to clear up after their event, sweep floors, and ensure the venue is fit for the next hirer.
