How to Book
Bookings can be made online via a calendar (first-time users need to create an account) or directly by contacting via email or phone. The process involves browsing the calendar for availability, completing an online form, review and approval by the admin team, and then confirmation and invoice for payment. A 20% deposit may be payable upon confirmation, with the balance due prior to the booking. A £10 administration fee applies for major booking variations. A cancellation charge of £10 may apply. Bookings for individuals aged 14-20 are not allowed. Hirer is responsible for damages and conduct of attendees. A 4-digit code will be provided for building access. Discounted prices may be available for registered charities, 'not for profit' organisations, small micro-enterprises, and for multiple bookings.
