How to Book
Bookings require a form submission no later than 14 days before the hire date. Full payment is required for bookings made 2 weeks or less in advance. Hirers must be at least 18 years old. One-off private hirers may use Petersfield Town Council's public liability insurance (with a £250 excess), while commercial hirers need their own (£2M minimum cover). A returnable damage deposit is required. Regular hirers are invoiced monthly with 30-day payment terms. Hire charges are reviewed annually. A nominated responsible person (18+) must be present during hire, aware of fire safety, and ensure building security. No decorations without prior approval. No smoking on premises.
