How to Book
Online booking software (Hallmaster) is available for checking availability and making bookings. Bookings are normally by the complete hour. Rooms must be vacated by the end time booked to avoid losing deposit or incurring extra charges. Rooms must be left in the condition found (clean and tidy with equipment replaced); a cleaning fee of £30 per hour may be charged if not left clean/tidy. Registered Charities must provide proof of charitable status. NO ALCOHOL is to be brought on to premises at any time. A '3 for 2' rate is available for local charities or Community Organisations on bookings of 2 hours or more (contact for details).
