The rooms are located on the lower ground floor of a Grade II listed building, with no lift access. They have adjoining doors and can be hired separately or together for larger functions. The hub also provides private offices for teams of up to 12 (24/7 access, car parking, reception support, bookable meeting rooms, serviced offices, all-inclusive rent) and virtual office packages (mail handling, Exeter phone number services, registered office address).
