The Lights is Andover's professional arts and entertainment venue, offering a hub for creative activity. It provides 2,000 square metres of flexible space for various events, including performances, exhibitions, conferences, training, workshops, and meetings. The venue is owned and managed by Test Valley Borough Council. Additional facilities include a stylish bar and cafe area, canopied decking area overlooking landscaped gardens, a cloakroom, baby changing facilities, and highchair(s) available.

Rates: Two types: Community rate (local clubs, societies, churches, schools, registered charities) and Organisation rate (businesses, private hirings). Deposits: Weekly Hires: 10% of total charge, Other Bookings: £50. Cancellation Policy: Less than 1 Month Notice: Whole charge payable, 1-3 Months Notice: 50% of hire charge payable, 3-6 Months Notice: Deposit retained, Over 6 Months Notice: No charge. Overrun Charges: Normal, full hourly rate during normal opening hours. Booking Form: Available in Hirer's Pack, to be completed after verbal booking and returned no later than 4 weeks prior to event with deposit. Technical Guide: Available for Auditorium and Arena.
