Totnes Guildhall is a historic Grade I listed building in a central Totnes location. Originally part of a medieval priory, it has also served as the Town Gaol, Courtroom, and Guildhall. It is suitable for intimate ceremonies and receptions, with a maximum capacity of 70 people. The venue offers the Main Guildhall, Council Chamber, and Mayor's Parlour for hire.

Booking requires completing a wedding or general booking form. Viewings and further information available via phone or email. Hire is available between 9 am and 5 pm, including set up and clear up. All persons and equipment must be off premises by the booked time. Alcohol sales require a license from SHDC. Public events require public liability insurance and risk assessment. Registrar for ceremonies must be booked separately. The Guildhall is closed for the season and reopens in April 2026; check opening hours for visits.
