Venaspace Members can book meeting rooms through their Nexudus portal. Non-Members can reserve meeting space online using the 'Book a Space' form. Cancellations for meeting rooms up to 6 people require 24 hours notice for a full refund. Conference room cancellations require 5 working days notice for a full refund, otherwise 100% of the booking fee is incurred. Catering fees are non-refundable.

Indeed a great place to work, impress with the environment, clean and tidy!
I have really enjoyed working from the Rabbit Hole this week. The office space is vibrant but also comfortable, with really good amenities available. I definitely come back again when I am visiting the area again.
