How to Book
Bookings may be made through the Secretary. A completed and signed Booking Form must be provided before the date of proposed use. A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due one month before the date of hire. Payments can be made by Cheque (payable to West Kingsdown Village Hall) or BACS (Sort Code: 60-21-10, A/c: 35161566 - advise if paying direct to bank).
