How to Book
Interested parties should use the contact form on their website, email, or leave a voicemail. A volunteer will respond, typically within 24 hours for emails. A keyless entry system is used, with a time-sensitive access code provided upon full payment. Minimum hire period is 3 hours for all evening & weekend hires. Standard time slots are 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Longer time slots can be booked upon request. For bookings of 5 hours or more, hirers can choose their own time slot. Balance payable 14 days before the booking. Full payment required if booking within one month of hire. Cancellation more than 15 days before the booking results in loss of deposit or credit to a new date. Cancellation 14 days or fewer before the booking is chargeable in full, though transfers to a future booking may be allowed in exceptional circumstances.
