How to Book
Complete the booking form (available online) and email it to [email protected] or send/drop it to S. Haswell, Westwood House, Wildhern, SP11 0JE (Opposite the Village Hall). Bookings are by the hour, including set-up and clean-up time. Hirer must be over 18 years of age. Payment of hire charge is required in advance, calculated upon receipt of the booking form. Collection and return of keys as directed by the booking secretary. Compliance with all Conditions of Hire (full copy available on the Parish Website).
