How to Book
Bookings can be made online via their booking calendar, in person, or by contacting the centre via email or phone. Upon completing a booking request, a booking form will be emailed and must be returned within one week. Deposits are due once the booking is confirmed and the form is returned, with full payment required by the week before the event. Last-minute bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please include 30 minutes either side of your event for setting up and clearing away. A cleaning fee, starting at £25, may be charged if the centre is not left clean and tidy. Terms and conditions for bookings, updated on May 6, 2025, cover aspects such as safeguarding, equality, respect & inclusion, and centre policies.
