Woodbury Salterton Village Hall is available for hire. It includes use of a fully equipped kitchen and tables and chairs. The hall operates a no smoking policy and has restrictions on decorations, confetti, and helium balloons. No alterations or additions may be made to the premises, nor may any fixtures be installed, or placards, decorations or other articles be attached in any way to any part of the premises. Rubbish must be removed by the hirer. The Village Hall accepts no responsibility for any equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises by the Hirer.

How to Book
Bookings can be made by contacting the booking email address. A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 14 days, after which the full hire fee is required to confirm. Confirmation will be made in writing by the Village Hall booking secretary. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Receipts will be issued upon request. If a booking is cancelled by the hirer, the deposit will be non-returnable if the Hall is not relet. If the Hall is relet, the deposit will be refunded. A £100 deposit is included in the hire fee and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation if the hall is not relet. If the hire fee is less than £100, then 50% of the hire fee (up to a maximum of £100) will be non-returnable.
