The Devon Hall is the largest leisure, events and live entertainments venue in Bideford. Situated within the £54 Million rebuild of Bideford College, capable of hosting a variety of events, leisure, health and fitness activities; from exhibitions to theatre, cinema and live music, sporting events, function rooms and gym facilities. These facilities are available to the community and private groups, they can be hired for a range of entertainment, leisure and sporting purposes – either as one off’s (e.g. Scout groups) or as recurring bookings (e.g Football clubs). Their event management team, Pavilion Events, specialises in catering, event management and conferencing using contemporary facilities at their Gillingham and Maidstone campuses. They have hosted events for clubs, associations, businesses, and charities, including wedding receptions, award ceremonies, and more. They can cater for events from 10 to 220 people.

The Central Timetabling Team processes bookings for approximately 210 rooms around campus during term time. Performance rooms and alternative spaces are available for activities with higher noise levels. Communal/Foyer space in The Oculus can be booked for Food and Drink or Display Boards. During vacation, some rooms are controlled by the Central Timetabling Office, while others can be booked via Warwick Conferences.

During university vacation periods, some of these rooms are available for public hire through Warwick Conferences. Additionally, specific social spaces within student residences are available for booking by students living in those residences.
