How to Book
Bookings are made online via the hall's calendar. Payment is required in advance to confirm booking, bank transfer preferred. Full refund for cancellations up to one week before the event; non-refundable if cancelled less than 1 week prior. Keys can be collected 15 minutes prior to booking and should be returned immediately after the hire period. Hirers must book sufficient time for setup and cleanup. Hirers are responsible for emptying bins and taking all rubbish away. Alcoholic drinks can only be sold if the hirer obtains a license from Teignbridge District Council and provides a copy to the Bookings Secretary.
