How to book
Bookings can be made for functions and events throughout the year, either for the ground floor, first floor, or the whole building, for morning, afternoon, evening, or any contiguous combination of times. Block bookings for exhibitions, regular weekly/monthly hire, etc., may be subject to discount by negotiation. A Bookings Request Form is available. Availability, total charges, and any required deposit will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking application. Informal visits outside of normal opening hours can often be arranged by phoning 01837 849393 (if staff are available). Individual heritage sightseeing is available on Sundays from May to September inclusive, with free entrance.
