The Acland Memorial Hall is a warm, bright, spacious and well-equipped village hall located at the centre of the village of Cold Ash in Berkshire. Flexible options exist for the hire of our two self-contained spaces which includes use of the kitchen. We also have two male/female or home/away changing rooms with showers and toilets. We offer reduced hire rates for parish residents.

How to Book
Flexible options exist for the hire of our two self-contained spaces. If you wish to book the Hall on a Saturday or Sunday for a children's party, please either book a morning party finishing no later than 2pm, an afternoon party starting no earlier than 2pm, or an all-day event. We also require hirers to book a minimum of 3 hours at weekends. We do accept bookings for family gatherings finishing up to 11pm on Friday and Saturday evenings but this is at the Hall's discretion as we wish to minimise noise and disruption to our residential neighbours. In this case please provide as much information about your party as you can; who is attending, whether you plan to have music, serve alcohol to guests etc. Once your booking has been received we will email you to confirm costs and further details. Once your hire fees and refundable damage deposit have been paid we will confirm your booking and provide access arrangements.
