To book, read the 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' and 'Hire Charges' documents, then check availability on the online calendar and fill in the 'New Booking' form. The Bookings Secretary will contact you for payment details. Ensure the booking form and payment are submitted by the weekend before your event. For alcohol licenses, paperwork must be received by the Bookings Secretary before the monthly Committee meeting (first Monday of the month).
