How to Book

The hall is available 7 days a week, throughout the daytime and evening. Private parties should book a minimum of 4 hours. Booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit (one third of hire charge) or the full price. The balance payment is due no later than three weeks before the event. Holding deposits are refunded if 4 or more weeks' notice is given, otherwise forfeited. Any additional sessions required for preparation, decoration, or clearing must be included in the booking. The Management Committee reserves the right to refuse use of the Hall at their discretion. A refundable damage deposit is required for all hirings.
