A modern village hall built in 1995, set in pretty rural grounds approximately 4 miles south of Canterbury. It has a rustic barn look from the outside and is light and spacious inside. The hall has obtained the Hallmark III award for its facilities and management.

Booking is confirmed upon payment of the deposit. Balance payable four weeks before the event. Cancellation charges: less than 4 weeks notice, 50% of deposit of hire charge forfeited; less than 2 weeks notice, all of deposit of hire charge forfeited. Additional time for preparation, decoration, or setting up must be included in the hours required when booking. Prices are periodically reviewed and subject to change. The committee reserves the right to ask for an additional deposit for certain functions and to refuse the use of the hall at their discretion.
