Dorking United Reformed Church offers several hireable spaces including The Main Hall, The Follett Hall, The Upper Room, and The Little Chapel. These versatile rooms are suitable for a wide range of activities from events, meetings, and celebrations to children's parties, dance groups, workshops, and quiet reflection. Hirers must have their own Public Liability insurance, and sub-letting is prohibited. Smoking is expressly forbidden in any part of the premises, including outside space. Hiring does not include any entitlement to parking facilities at the Church. Hirers are responsible for returning tables and chairs to their original storage position and for leaving the hired area clean and tidy, removing all rubbish. No food or beverages shall be cooked or prepared in the premises except where the kitchen has been specifically hired (with the exception of using the urn for making tea/coffee and laying out cold food). Hirers are responsible for ensuring all persons using the kitchen and its equipment are suitably competent. No copyright work shall be performed without the appropriate license, which the hirer must produce if requested.
