How to Book
Alcohol cannot be supplied, sold, or used on Methodist premises. It must never be sold or seen to be sold. If wine is served, it needs to be included in the event's ticket price. Hirers must inform centre managers if music (live or recorded) will be played, as the Centre has limited PRS/PPL licences. Private functions (wedding receptions, parties, etc.) are exempt. A 20% fee may be charged for late cancellations. Hirers should check individual terms on invoices. If the Centre cancels, compensation is limited to the hiring fee. Users are responsible for ensuring room layout and number of people do not prevent safe evacuation. Managers must be notified for events exceeding 250 people.
