How to Book
Booking Hours: 09:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Building reserved for Quaker use until 2:00 PM on Sundays. Minimum hire: 2 hours. Not hired for parties or other social occasions. Current hourly rates are valid from 1st September 2024 to 31st August 2025. Discounts are given for full-day (9 AM - 5 PM) and bulk bookings (10+ dates paid in one instalment). Non-commercial rates may apply to non-profit educational organizations, local clubs/societies, and local charities (contact for special agreements).
