The Parish Hall is available for hire. The Hirer is responsible for setting up the premises for their use and must leave it in a clean and tidy condition, removing all rubbish. Tables and chairs must be returned to their original position. No alterations may be made to the premises, and nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings that could cause damage. Car parking is available subject to availability, and the Hirer is responsible for supervising parking to avoid obstruction. The hall may not be used for purposes contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church or which could cause offense. Access to the Church by parishioners and the general public must not be impeded. The premises may not be used for any purpose contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church or which could cause offense. No alterations may be made to the premises, and nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings that may cause damage. The Hirer is responsible for securing the premises and activating alarms (if present) upon leaving. The Hire Agreement is personal to the Hirer, who may not sub-let or share possession of any part of the premises. The Hirer is responsible for all actions and omissions of any suppliers of services (including external caterers) and must confirm their identity to the Parish Secretary in advance.
