How to Book
Booking forms and conditions of hire can be obtained from the office. A security deposit is applicable to all hires. An open/close key-holder fee of £20 per booking applies for hires outside of church office working hours, payable to the key-holder on the day. A key-holder waiting fee of £10 per 30 minutes applies if the key-holder is kept waiting. A venue manager fee of £10.55 per hour of booking period may apply if required. Grand Piano/Church Organ hire is £30 per booking for Grade 5 players or above. St Mary's runs a bar service with a minimum spend of £125.
