Complete a booking form and return it via email or post to 1 Fairview Terrace, Exeter EX1 3SQ. Bookings for the Main Church must include main event and any rehearsal times. A copy of the proposed programme is required, and the Director of Music retains the right to ask for programme changes. The hirer is responsible for the supervision, safety, welfare, and safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.
