How to reach the hall
How to book
Bookings are made via an online system (LemonBooking). A minimum hire period of 4 hours applies for weekend bookings. Hirer must be at least 21 years old. Payment is via PayPal. A non-refundable booking fee of £25.00 for casual hirers is deducted from the final invoice. A mandatory refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required 28 days prior to the event. Cancellation policy: 30+ days notice = 75% refund; 7-29 days notice = 50% refund; less than 7 days notice = no refund. Hirers are responsible for cleaning up, returning furniture, obtaining a TEN for alcohol sales, and implementing safeguarding. Weekend bookings are 8am-8pm, with only one booking per day. Bookings must be made online at least a week in advance.
