How to Book
To book, fill out the booking form and return to [email protected]. Online enquiries and availability check are available via Cranbrook Town Council – Scribe Bookings. A 100% cancellation charge applies if less than 7 days' notice is given. Commercial hirers or organisations charging for entry must provide proof of public liability insurance (minimum £5 million). Private hirers for low-risk, non-commercial events may be covered under the council's insurance. Third-party providers (caterers, entertainers, etc.) must have their own insurance and provide a risk assessment. Hirers must sign an agreement to follow requirements, Health and Safety, and Fire Safety guidelines. Full payment is required before the key safe code is provided.
