How to Book

Bookings can be made via the Hallmaster website, by email, over the phone, or at the Parish Council offices. Provisional bookings require a completed Hiring Agreement and deposit within two weeks to be confirmed. Keys must be picked up from the Council Offices during office hours (10:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday). Session times (Morning: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, Afternoon: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Evening: 5:30 pm - 11:00 pm) include setup and clear-up time. Full payment must be made not later than 21 days prior to the hiring date/s. The hirer is responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition, locked and secured. This includes sweeping/mopping spillages, putting rubbish in bins, and cleaning used tables, otherwise, an additional charge may apply. Bouncy castles/inflatables are not permissible within any of the Council's hiring facilities; however, soft play is allowed.
